At Birdie Fortescue, we want you to be delighted with your home additions, but if an item isn't quite right, we offer a 14-day return period for all unused and original-packaged goods. Please ensure all items are returned in a resaleable condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive your unique Return Authorization code.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully repackage your items in their original packaging, ensuring delicate homewares and textiles are adequately protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Dispatch the Parcel

  Affix your return label and drop the parcel off at your nearest courier point; we recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
